Goa is a land of endless opportunities and experiences! Thus, making a list of the top things to do in Goa is a trivial task. When you are here, one day you will find yourself plunging in the beach waters and the next day you would be exploring the ancient Portugal architecture of the undying history of Goa. After all the amazing experiences I have had, I can assure you one thing: You can never get bored in Goa, even if you try to!
Here is my list of top activities to do in Goa:
WATER SPORTS AT GRANDE ISLAND
Grande Island aka Ilha Grande is home to one of the best water activities in the whole state. Located off the coast of Vasco Da Gama in the Arabian Sea, the scenic beauty of this island is phenomenal. At this Goa Island, you can do scuba diving, reef diving, snorkelling, swimming, fishing etc. Also, you get to swim with the dolphins! If you are a first-time diver, don’t worry because Grande Island is the perfect place for both beginners and advanced divers. Moreover, you get to explore shipwrecks and go banana boating too.
Visit the largest go-karting track in India, Nuvem Track! The 482 meters track is located in South Goa and is an adobe for skilled drivers. You will feel the real thrust as the track is full of crazy twists and turns. It’s a perfect place to compete with friends and have a fun time.
Opening timing: Tuesday to Sunday, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m
Moreover, there is another track in Arpora, North Goa. This track is shorter and doesn’t have that many turns.
PARAGLIDING IN GOA
Jump off from a rocky headland and paraglide! Arambol in North Goa is an awesome place to experience the exhilarating thrill. You have to trek to the top, get some instructions and safety guidelines and FLYYYYYYYY…… On your flight, you can see the amazing views of the shoreline, sea and other mind-boggling sites. I assure you it will be a memorable experience.
GOA RAVE PARTIESSSSSS!!!!!
Located in the North Goa, the Hilltop Nightclub is located between Ozran Beach and Anjuna Beach. I count it is one of the best party places in Goa for trance music and rave parties. The cub is decorated with lights on the exterior and they have a swimming pool in the middle. You will experience the ultimate party vibe as thousands of people dance to the groove on the weekends. The DJs are from England, Sweden, Italy, France, Russia, Germany, Israel and India.
